KTM / WP Forks (00-09 all) (except 07sx/sxf 08-09 sx/sxf/xc/xcf) - OPTION 1 - STANDARD REVALVE
Includes complete reworking of compression and mid-valves, tailored to your type of terrain and skill level. Rebound damping is matched to the correct spring rate and the forks are filled and bled with the exact volume of oil.

This option includes everything in option 1, plus high flow compression pistons that provide a level of plushness not possible with the stock pistons.

The third option labeled "APS" is a completely different design than current systems being used. The name refers to Advanced Progressive System which allows for multiple rates of compression damping. Super plush initial travel, yet gradually stiffer through the stroke with incredible resistance to bottoming. The end result is superior performance that utilizes three separate compression adjusters (low, mid and high). $395.00 +Parts
KTM / WP Forks - (07sx/sxf) (08-09 sx/sxf xc/xcf) - OPTION 1 - HFP + REVALVE
This system is designed exclusively for the new bladder forks. The result of countless hours of testing, you can expect the ultimate in performance. Includes complete revalving of internals along with custom made high flow pistons (HFP) that meter the perfect amount of oil. This set-up is currently being used by the world famous Chuck Sun. He races vet MX and GP type races on an 09 450 xcf and absolutely dominated his class at the recent Vet World championship using these forks and the matching revalved shock. $325.00 +Parts
KTM / WP Forks - (07 sx/sxf) (08-09 sx/sxf xc/xcf) - OPTION 2 - FBS + REVALVE
This option utilizes the FBS (free bleed system) pistons that offer plusher initial movement than the HFP (hi-flow pistons) used in option 1. This set up works best for gnarly off road conditions with both 2 strokes and 4 strokes. This suspension package was developed for the Glen Helen 24 hour bikes featured in Dirt Bike magazine. More recently, these fork mods were also used by Motocross Action magazine on their 300xc project bike for the entire year as well as the matching revalved shock.

Fork Rebuild
This is a separate service from revalving. Rebuilding involves replacing leaking seals, worn out bushings and repairing damaged tubes.

Shock is taken apart, cleaned and revalved for your terrain and skill level. The correct spring rate is determined and matched rebound valving is installed. All air is removed from the system and pressurized with nitrogen. $195.00 +Parts
Shock Rebuild

Suspension Services
Suspension Setup Tips
Static Sag
(The amount the rear of the bike drops on its own weight) should be between .75" - 1.5"
Rider Sag
With the above in that range, the rider sag should be 4" + or - .5"
Fastening
Make sure not to get the right fork in a bind where it clamps to the axle. It will cause the forks to not work smoothly.
Air
Release built-up pressure in the forks after every ride.
Maintenance
Shock oil should be changed by Dicks Racing every 25 hours
